dc.description.abstract | El agotamiento profesional puede darse por muchos factores intrínsecos o extrínsecos de la persona, como lo pueden ser la satisfacción laboral, las estrategias de recuperación y el perfeccionismo, encontrando diferencias entre hombres y mujeres, cada uno de estos son constructos que se encuentran dentro de la psicología positiva que pueden llegar a afectar el bienestar subjetivo de la persona por lo tanto su desempeño laboral. Por esto se presenta un estudio en una población de 1409 personas que trabajan en Colombia, a los que se les aplicó una encuesta online para evaluar los constructos mencionados anteriormente. Se analizó la relación entre las variables agotamiento profesional, satisfacción laboral, estrategias de recuperación y perfeccionismo, el modelo utilizado explica un 22% de la varianza en hombres y en mujeres un 28%. Se encontró que las variables satisfacción laboral, estrategias de recuperación y perfeccionismo tienen una relación inversa con la variable agotamiento profesional, mientras que en mujeres presenta relación directa en el componente trato jefe de la satisfacción laboral y con el perfeccionismo. | es_CO |
