dc.description.abstractLas Espondiloartropatías Seronegativas comprenden un grupo heterogéneo de enfermedades inflamatorias articulares que comparten características clínicas y de laboratorio, una asociación familiar dada por una susceptibilidad genética relacionada con el antígeno de histocompatibilidad HLA-B27, compromiso de las entesis, afectación predominante del esqueleto axial, artritis asimétrica de grandes articulaciones en los miembros inferiores y relación con la infección como factor desencadenante de las mismas. El objetivo del trabajo es construir un índice radiológico que describiera las características patológicas de estos hallazgos y determinara la concordancia intra e interobservador de estas observaciones, estableciendo con esta concordancia si eventualmente es posible permitir la cuantificación de estos cambios en la radiografía de pelvis, antes de que se presente el compromiso radiológico de las articulaciones sacroilíacases_CO
