dc.description.abstractLa espondiloartritis (SpA) son un grupo de enfermedades crónicas caracterizadas por un compromiso sistémico inflamatorio, que generan una alta discapacidad definitiva. No existe una prueba diagnóstica que confirme la enfermedad. Las aproximaciones para el diagnostico y clasificación se basan en la experiencia de expertos sustentados en criterios que se han refinado en aspectos clínicos y de laboratorio (dolor lumbar inflamatorio, resonancia magnética, HLA-B27). Hemos evaluado la concordancia entre el diagnóstico clínico de SpA y los criterios del grupo europeo para el estudio de las espondiloartritis y de ASAS( Ankylosing spondylitis Assessment international society) en los pacientes remitidos a consulta de reumatología del Hospital Militar Central.es_CO
