dc.description.abstractUtilizando el modelo de cultura organizacional de Denison mediante el método de investigación descriptiva y correlacional nos permitimos establecer y conocer las costumbres y actitudes predominantes en la empresa Empaques S.A., a través de encuestas en diferentes procesos. La investigación permitió recoger y tabular datos de la empresa analizando y resumiendo la información de manera cuidadosa y minuciosa a la luz del modelo, extrayendo generalidades significativas que contribuyen al conocimiento y mejoramiento continuo de la empresa, de igual manera se realizo una comparación vs., los resultados de otras empresas de Bogotá en donde se aplico el estudio en línea con la investigación adelantada por la Universidad de la Sabanaes_CO
