dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación permitió identificar y describir las características de la cultura organizacional en Correcol S.A, resolver las preguntas planteadas y proponer recomendaciones. Asimismo, hace parte de la Escuela Internacional de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas Grupo de Investigación "Cambio e Innovación Tecnológica" la cual, se basó en el modelo de cultura organizacional de Denison, que sustenta las interrelaciones que existen entre la cultura, los comportamientos, el desempeño y la efectividad de las organizaciones. Se tomo como muestra el 80% de la población así como la ponencia de cultura organizacional y desempeño realizada en el V Congreso internacional de análisis organizacional modernidad, ética e interacción en las organizaciones, liderada por los investigadores Rafael Ricardo Bray e Ignacio Gómez Roldán. | es_CO |
