¿Ética y pluralismo pueden ir de acuerdo?

Abstract

The author draws special attention on the dogmatism which have paradoxically hid themselves behind an ethics of pluralism. Frequently, the diversity of conceptions and about what is admissible or not in the field of reproductive medicine and genetic technology hides a fight for power among different world conceptions and beliefs.Ethical reflection is detained until certain Perceptions and beliefs are openly revealed and recognized. Without this confrontation, there wouldn’t be a doctrine on values.

El autor llama la atención sobre los dogmatismos que paradójicamente se disimulan tras la pluralidad ética. Con frecuencia, la diversidad de concepciones acerca de lo admisible en el terreno de la medicina reproductiva y la tecnología genética esconde una lucha por el poder entre las distintas creencias y concepciones del mundo.La reflexión ética queda suspendida mientras no se desenmascaren y se reconozcan, abiertamente, ciertas percepciones y creencias. Sin esta confrontación no será posible una doctrina sobre los valores.
