Abstract
Companies have realized that reverse logistics solutions represent a portion of the business that can impact bottom line. In many cases reverse logistics, for collection, return and reverse could change the companies results from profitable to not. Reverse logistics, is also considered as a go green activity, so we can tackle two issues at time, recycling, reutilizing & reusing devices, components, machines, supplies, etc. The objective of this document is to craft a reverse logistics solution to supports the market penetration reutilizing tech devices (Decos) that will be reincorporate into the market. The reverse logistics solution has to fulfill 20% of the total market volume by re using decoders. The challenge is to recollect the major amount of decoders as soon as possible and re integrating to the supply chain flow (previous refurbish preparations and co packaging). The solution was designed based on to integrate current suppliers to the whole solution, incorporation planning, communications, process standardization, KPI´s follow up.
