dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio cualitativo explora cómo el uso de tres estrategias de comunicación y actividades en estructuras cooperativas contribuyen a promover la interacción oral de los alumnos de secundaria. La investigación se llevó a cabo en un colegio de secundaria público en Neiva, Colombia con 19 estudiantes de noveno cuyo nivel es A1. Este estudio de investigación-acción educativa siguió enfoque metodológico mixto (análisis estadístico) para analizar la información. La información se recopiló a través de diferentes instrumentos, como encuestas, grabaciones de audio, registros de los estudiantes y el diario del docente durante las etapas de implementación previas y posteriores al estudio. Los resultados revelaron que el uso de estrategias para pedir el turno, pedir aclaraciones y repeticiones, y muletillas, así como el desarrollo de actividades en estructuras cooperativas mejoró y COOPERATIVE ACTIVITIES AND CLASSROOM ORAL INTERACTION 3 apoyó interacciones más fluidas al proporcionar herramientas que los estudiantes podrían usar para facilitar el flujo de sus conversaciones, valorar el apoyo de los compañeros en el aprendizaje del idioma y crear conciencia sobre las limitaciones de vocabulario y las necesidades de pronunciación.es_CO
