This study addresses the selection and implementation of a strategic direction model for PSP Solutions SAS, a company dedicated to patient support programs in the healthcare sector in Colombia. This work was inspired by the guidelines of the study "Typology of strategic management models: A new theoretical framework for strategy process and management logics" by Mejía-Villa, A., Torres, S & Alfaro, J.A. (2015), which focuses on a collaborative process with the company's management team to establish a strategic approach that effectively responds to its operational and service needs. Starting with the identification of the prevailing management or directive logic among the management team of PSP Solutions SAS, workshops were conducted to discern their strategic and cognitive orientation. The goal of these workshops was to level fundamental strategic concepts and familiarize the team with various strategic direction models, ensuring that all members shared a common understanding and strategic language. This process was essential in determining the starting point for selecting the most appropriate strategic direction model for the organization. From a comprehensive understanding of the available strategic models and the identified management logic, it was possible to evaluate and select a group of models, and subsequently the one that best aligned with the company’s vision and the specific needs of its patient support services. El presente estudio aborda la selección e implementación de un modelo de direccionamiento estratégico para PSP Solutions SAS, una compañía dedicada a programas de soporte a pacientes dentro del sector salud en Colombia. Este trabajo fue inspirado en las directrices del estudio "Typology of strategic management models: A new theoretical framework for strategy process and management logics” de Mejía-Villa, A., Torres, S & Alfaro, J.A. (2015), el cual se centra en un proceso colaborativo con los directivos de la empresa para establecer un enfoque estratégico que responda eficazmente a sus necesidades operativas y de servicio. Hter3westratégica y cognitiva, cuyo objetivo fue nivelar los conceptos fundamentales de estrategia y familiarizar al equipo con diversos modelos de direccionamiento estratégico, homogeneizar el conocimiento estratégico, asegurando que todos compartieran una base común de entendimiento y lenguaje estratégico.
