2024Abstract
This article explores Anthropology from a pragmatic point of view and Lectures on Anthropology, to search for the rules of prudence, the horizons and techniques that Kant proposed to know how to live with oneself and with others. He directed these techniques to the mode of thought (Denkungsart), since in thought is where the voice of reason manifests itself and in reason all human beings have a voice and, therefore, there also resides the possibility of building together a common world. On the other hand, it will study how prudence is the cure for egoism -which is the biggest obstacle to cosmopolitanism and to the construction of a bonded life-, since it is the basis of a good life. © 2024 Universidad EAFIT.
