dc.description.abstract | El trauma craneoencefálico constituye una de las primeras causas de morbilidad en Colombia y el mundo, con alta carga de discapacidad e impacto en la funcionalidad. En pocos estudios se ha observado la relación con el proceso de rehabilitación recibido de acuerdo a factores relevantes como el acceso y la oportunidad de recibir intervención terapéutica así como la identificación temprana de aquellos factores que tendrán un papel relevante asociado a la discapacidad resultante. Objetivo: Describir la asociación entre los factores sociodemográficos y clínicos en los desenlaces funcionales por medio de la identificación de las trayectorias de recuperación luego de un trauma craneoencefálico, por medio de la aplicación de diferentes escalas de resultados globales como la Escala de Glasgow extendida (GOES), el Inventario de Síntomas Neuroconductuales (NSI) y el test de Zarit para determinar la carga del cuidador; durante un seguimiento a los 2 meses y a los 6 meses posterior al evento. | es_CO |
