A finales de 2018 comenzó a estructurarse la iniciativa del Gobierno Nacional que fortalece el ecosistema de emprendimiento e innovación de país. Inicialmente se planteó como espacios físicos a nivel nacional y la construcción de espacios de colaboración con los cuales contaran con las capacidades, recursos y capital humano que pudiera orientar, apoyar, estructurar y ejecutar cualquier emprendimiento formalizado o no formalizado, independientemente de su tamaño, de cualquier sector y en cualquier lugar del país. Esto permitiría poder: - Centralizar la oferta para emprendedores - Crear y consolidar comunidades - Conectar y fortalecer aliados estratégicos - Mapear, fortalecer y conectar los ecosistemas regionales y sectoriales de emprendimiento e innovación del país. At the end of 2018, the National Government initiative that strengthens the country's
entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem began to be structured. Initially, it was proposed
as physical spaces at the national level and the construction of collaboration spaces with
which they would have the capacities, resources and human capital that could guide, support,
structure and execute any formalized or non-formalized enterprise, of any size, of any sector
and anywhere in the country.
This would allow you to:

- Map, strengthen and connect the regional and sectoral ecosystems of entrepreneurship and
innovation in the country.
Taking into account the stages of development of the enterprises that are:
PRE-SEED: Stage of essential studies and diagnoses of the current situation, structuring the
business idea and formulating the needs to be met and the options to meet the objectives.
SEED: A business plan is implemented, the work team is structured and the necessary
prototypes and research are developed to start manufacturing or marketing.
EARLY: Participation in the market begins through the production of a good or service and
resources are mobilized to implement the business idea; Additional financing may be
required.
SCALING: You already have a product and a client briefcase, which is why you focus on
expansion by increasing your production capacity, accessing new markets or improving your
products.
CONSOLIDATION: It has a considerable operating history and seeks moderate growth and
market leadership. It also seeks to improve the capital structure and access new markets.
