dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo de grado es identificar cuáles son los elementos que se pueden gamificar dentro de un instrumento para medir el perfil de emprendimiento de los Estudiantes de la Universidad de La Sabana. El aporte de este trabajo está en la validación exploratoria de un instrumento que permitiría identificar el perfil emprendedor de estudiantes de la Universidad de La Sabana y las recomendaciones para la futura gamificación del instrumento. La primera fase de este documento inicia con una investigación bibliográfica con la utilización de datos secundarios para conocer y explorar todas las fuentes que permitan la identificación de los componentes o elementos importantes relacionados que la literatura asocia al concepto de la gamificación, los usos de la gamificación en los procesos de selección, el concepto de emprendimiento y el emprendimiento en las universidades. Seguido por una segunda fase de enfoque exploratorio, de tipo cuantitativo, bajo la técnica de recolección de cuestionarios para validar exploratoriamente el instrumento denominado Emprendómetro Unisabana, la validación dio como resultado 4 factores y un alfa de Cronbach de 0,63.spa
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this paper is to identify what are the elements that can be gamified within an instrument to measure the entrepreneurship profile of the Students of the Universidad de La Sabana. The contribution of this paper is the exploratory validation of an instrument that could identify the entrepreneurial profile of students of the Universidad de La Sabana and the recommendations for the future gamification of the instrument. The first phase of this document begins with bibliographic research, using the use of secondary data to know and to explore all the sources that allows the identification of the components or important related elements that the literature associates with the concept of gamification, the uses of gamification in selection processes, the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in universities. The second phase involves the exploratory approach, quantitative, using the technique of collecting questionnaires to programiatically validate the instrument called Emprendometro Unisabana. We obtained in the validation 4 factors and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.63eng
