dc.description.abstractEl síndrome de dificultad respiratoria agudo (SDRA) en niños es una causa frecuente de falla respiratoria hipoxémica y de mortalidad. En adultos una presión de conducción (PC) mayor a 15 cm/H20 se asocia al incremento del riesgo de peores desenlaces. En niños las características de la mecánica pulmonar cambian con la edad y no se conoce cual es el punto de corte que se asocia a resultados inadecuados.es_CO
