dc.description.abstract | La reincidencia en delincuencia juvenil es un fenómeno complejo en el que confluyen factores individuales, familiares, escolares y comunitarios. Esta investigación buscó establecer que relaciones y diferencias existen en un conjunto de factores de riesgo y de protección con población reincidente en delincuencia juvenil y egresados del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal que se encuentran en proceso de desistimiento. Para este estudio comparativo, se contó con una muestra de 646 participantes, 534 reincidentes (m=82; h=452) y 112 egresados (m=13; h=99), entre los 14 y 20 años de edad. Se aplicó el Communitites That Care Youth Survey, un instrumento de auto reporte que mide factores de riesgo y protección en conducta delictiva y consumo de drogas. | es_CO |
