dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un modelo conceptual para la gestión de activos desde una perspectiva de sistemas, y aplicarlo como base para el diagnóstico y diseño del sistema de gestión de activos de una organización. El enfoque de sistema de gestión de activos ha tomado una relevancia considerable en las organizaciones en los últimos años, y como prueba de ello en 2014 se publicó el estándar ISO 55000 con los requerimientos para su implementación. A pesar de que la norma enumera los aspectos mínimos requeridos para un sistema de gestión de activos, no presenta una definición clara ni guías para su implementación, por lo cual no ha tenido una amplia aplicación. Adicionalmente, los estudios disponibles al respecto son muy limitados. Con el fin de brindar un mayor entendimiento de este concepto, se diseñó de un modelo de sistema viable (VSM) conceptual basado en los principios de cibernética desarrollados por Stafford Beer. El modelo permitió identificar los principales elementos, procesos e interrelaciones que deben componer un sistema de gestión de activos, y enmarcarlos a la luz de ISO 55000. Finalmente, fue tomado como base para el diagnóstico y diseño del sistema de gestión de activos de una organización real, demostrando su aplicabilidad y valor al brindar herramientas que facilitan su proceso de estructuración y optimización. | es_CO |
