En torno a la paideia platónica (III)

Abstract

Este artículo está dividido en tres partes, una de las cuales está publicada en este número, hace un riguroso análisis del pensamiento platónico acerca de la educación y la cultura, el autor interpreta en este primer momento el concepto de paideia haciendo la diferencia con la simple instrucción intelectual, muestra desde los textos de Platón qué objetivos propone él para la educación y la manera de proceso educativo y los tipos de formación que deben darse a encarnar hacia el ideal del ciudadano griego.

This article is divided into three parts, one of which is published in this issue. It makes a tigorous analysis of Plato's thought about education and culture. The author deals, in this firs section, with the concept of Paideia differentiating it from the simple Trophe, or intellectual nutrition. It shows, from Platon's texts, the goals he state for education, the way they are attained, the characteristics individuals in the educational process should hace, and the training types the should engage in for embodying the citizen's Greel ideal.
