Abstract
Leaming is the dominating symbol of the education for the future. Making The Whole process of education an authentic intelligent organization is the sense in which this term is being used in the leaming ogonizations. It is an urgent challenge to accept and perform. This is why a Copemican spin would be necessary ; the center of education is the student, not the teacher ; the person, not the means or the processes ; the looking for excellence and total quality - to know how to integrate the human being in to life, not the plain information which by itself does not form. Every educating community is a total teaching compromise - leaming, where everybody leams and everybody taches; but leming does not begin or end there. It is long life leaming.
 
Aprrendre est le signe dominant de l'éducation du futur. Convertir l'éducation en une authentique organisation intelligente est le sens dans lequel l'entreprise emploie ce terme (learning oganization), c'est un défi urgent de l'accepter et i'appliquer. Pour cela il est indispensable le tour copemicain: le centre de l'éducation est l'étudiant et non le professeur, la personne , non les méthodes ni les processus, la recherche de l' excelence et la qualité totaie- la connaissance integré a la vie, mon la simple information qui ne forme pas. Chaque communité Cducative est un compromis total de l'enseignement-apprentissage où tous apprennent et tous enseignent. Mais l'apprentissage n'y commence pas,n' y termine pas. C'est l'apprentissage de toute la vie long life learning.
