%X The author presents some historic considerations about the political crime in Colombia, presenting how for “to fortify and to guarantee legally the process of peace”, the government searches to transform the political crime of sedition in “concert to break the law”, to protect the institutional stability, concerting to the government which cannot yield a millimeter to the application of the true norm, the sedition, and to the necessity of maintaining our legal organization: The Colombian State.
%X El autor presenta algunas consideraciones históricas acerca del delito político en Colombia, presentando cómo para “fortalecer y afianzar jurídicamente el proceso de paz”, el gobierno busca transformar el delito político de sedición en “concierto para delinquir”, con el propósito de tutelar la estabilidad institucional, ante o cual, no puede cederse un milímetro en cuanto a la aplicación de la verdadera norma, la sedición, y ante la necesidad de mantener la continuidad de nuestra organización jurídica: El Estado colombiano.
