%X As a result of different studies realized by researchers as Thelen, Katona and Zelazo, the newborn reflexes  have  received  different  kinds  of  denomination,  which  answer  to  their  nature  and  function.    With  some  of  them,  It  has  been    demonstrated  that  their  action  mechanism  is  kept  as  a  defence  element  or  precursor  patron  of  the  mature  function;  such  it  is  the  case    of  the  automatic  march,    plantar grasp and support positive reaction as predecessors of all those standing up activities like, walking,  running  and  jumping;  so  that,  it    is  worth    to  stand  out  the  importance  that  exerts  the  neuromotors  reactions  in  the  child’s  motor  movement  inventory,    understanding  them  as  part  of  those automatic strategies that emerge thanks to the control exercised by top levels of the nervous central system, to control the corporal alignment with regard to the space, whenever it is demanded; to value  the neurodevelopment reflexes and the neuromotors reactions and  it’s a basic condition to establish judgment on which basing the strategies of intervention on physical therapy.
%X Tomando  como  base  diferentes  estudios  realizados  por  investigadores  como  Thelen,  Katona  y  Zelazo, los reflejos neonatales han recibido diferentes tipos de denominación, que responden a su naturaleza  y  función.    Con  algunos  de  ellos,  se  ha  demostrado  que  su  mecanismo  de  acción  se  conserva como elemento de defensa ó como patrón precursor de la función madura; tal es el caso de  los  reflejos  de  marcha  automática,  prensión  plantar  y  reacción  positiva  de  soporte,  como  precursores de todas aquellas actividades de bipedestación, marcha, carrera y salto; de la misma forma,  vale  la  pena  resaltar  la  importancia  que  sobre  el  repertorio  motor  del  niño,  ejercen  las  reacciones  neuromotoras,  entendiéndose  éstas  como  parte  de  aquellas  estrategias  automáticas  que  emergen  gracias  al  control  ejercido  por  niveles  superiores  del  sistema  nervioso  central,  para  controlar  la  alineación  corporal  con  respecto  al  espacio,  ante  situaciones  que  así  lo  demandan;  valorar  los  reflejos  del  neurodesarrollo  y  las  reacciones  neuromotoras,  es  condición  básica  para  establecer criterios sobre los cuales fundamentar las estrategias de intervención en terapia física.
