%X El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar la relación entre la Satisfacción Marital, el estrés laboral y el conflicto trabajo familia, en personas colombianas. Para esto se evaluaron 257 trabajadores hombres y mujeres colombianos con una unión marital (civil o religiosa), a partir de la aplicación de los cuestionarios: escala de satisfacción marital, Test de estrés laboral, Cuestionario de interacción trabajo – familia (SWING). Los resultados reportaron que a mayor satisfacción marital menor son los niveles de estrés laboral y de interacción negativa trabajo familia. Las personas con unión religiosa presentan mayores niveles de satisfacción marital, estrés laboral, mientras que los menores de 40 y bajo nivel educativo y los de unión no religiosa tienen mayor interacción negativa trabajo-familia.
%X The objective of this research was to identify the relationship between Marital Satisfaction, work
stress and family work conflict in Colombian people. For this, 257 Colombian male and female
workers with a marital union (civil or religious) were evaluated, based on the application of the
questionnaires: marital satisfaction scale, Work stress test, Work-family interaction questionnaire
(SWING). The results reported that the higher the marital satisfaction, the lower the levels of work
stress and negative work-family interaction. People with a religious union have higher levels of
marital satisfaction, job stress, while those under 40 and low educational level and those with a
non-religious union have greater negative work-family interaction
