abstract = {The term “mobbing” migrated to European countries from Scandinabiain the early 1990s. It has been recently studied in Colombia as aninterpretation of the persistent, offensive, abusive, intimidating, maliciousor insulting behavior and the abuse of power which makes the personfeel upset, threatened, humiliated or vulnerable. It undermines their self-confidence and causes them anxiety. In order to contribute to theprevention and constructive management of this problem, this articleprovides information related to it's causes and consequences and alsosuggest some ideas about prevention in organizational and individuallevels.},
