abstract = {The  article  aims  to  substantiate  the  meaning  of  educational  organizations  in  this  century by reviewing various academic sources. The method followed is the narrative review with the following study categories: concept, elements, functions, dimensions, and  trends.  The  results  are  narrated,  providing  clues  as  to  the  how,  what,  why,  and  which of the educational organization and trends such as knowledge management, organizational  learning,  and  organizational  change  and  resilience.  The  main  con-clusion is that we are in times of change. Still, the structures of organizations remain static,  avoiding  change,  renewal,  and  constant  learning.  Although  they  have  faced  uncertainty resiliently, they do not incorporate what they have learned systemically.},
abstract = {El objetivo del artículo es fundamentar el sentido de las organizaciones educativas en el presente siglo, a partir de la revisión de diversas fuentes académicas. El método seguido es la revisión narrativa, siendo las categorías de estudio: concepto, elementos, funciones, dimensiones y tendencias, partiendo de que la narración de los resultados brinda pistas acerca del cómo, el qué, el porqué y el cuál de la organización educativa y de las tendencias en gestión del conocimiento, aprendizaje organizacional, cambio y resiliencia organizacional. La principal conclusión es que estamos en tiempos de cambio, pero las estructuras de las organizaciones siguen siendo estáticas y evitan el cambio y la renovación, así como aprender de manera constante, y aunque han afrontado la incertidumbre de manera resiliente, no incorporan lo aprendido de manera sistémica.},
