How to publish

This process applies for works, investigation articles, class documents, interviews, book chapters, apps, videos or learning tools:

Posting by auto file direct on the platform: In intellectum´s platform, entering any community, choose in the right menu the option "auto job file". Must complete the following steps

  1. Fill up the online application form with the description of the document to attach. It´s important to fill up all the spaces to continue with the process.
  2. Download and fill up the “Document publication authorization application form in Intellectum” and choose the license Creative Commons as you prefer. It´s important to select the published time for the document. This document may have the author´s sign and the authorization of its program director, head or dean. Then you must upload de document with original signs to the platform.
  3. Accept terms and conditions described here
  4. Intellectum will oversee making the revision of the information and will notify the author when the document is entering or if it requires to make some modification.

Publishing directing personally: you can go the first floor of the library, to the management area with the following documents:

  1. A digital copy of the document to be published in intellectum.
  2. The format of authorization of publication of documents in intellectum filled with the type of creative common license that you want and the signature of the authors, also the authorization of the direct head, dean or program director. Download here or request it in the library.
  3. Intellectum will oversee making the revision of the information and will notify the author when the document is entering or if it requires to make some modification.

If the document is degree work to obtain an undergraduate or postgraduate degree you must take into account:

  1. Initiate the free from harm process with it´s faculty or program.
  2. Be free from harm with all instances of the university: library, accounting, faculty, university funding, academic record management, university welfare and scholarships and grants.
  3. To follow the process, upload the document to the Portal Services Platform
