%X The integration of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in medical education holds significant potential to address existing challenges and enhance clinical-surgical training. This study focuses on developing business model for "Revive Entrenamiento Médico" to implement these technologies in Latin American universities. Despite the competitive landscape, Revive stands out for its Mastery Learning methodology and substantial online presence, though its university market penetration remains limited. The research identifies strategic partnerships, designs a business model, and validates it through prototype testing and market analysis.
