%X There is a growing recognition of incorporating non technical skills during the training process of a surgeon, as a strategy to
increase their future professional performance. There is a gap in the 
educational methodology used. A panoramic review of the literature is 
carried out to identify the status, gaps and research opportunities.
%X Existe un reconocimiento creciente de incorporar 
habilidades no técnicas durante el proceso formativo de un cirujano, para 
incrementar su desempeño profesional futuro. Hay un vacío en la 
metodología educativa empleada. Se efectúa una revisión panorámica 
de la literatura para identificar el estado, los vacíos y oportunidades de 
investigación.
