%X La razón fundamental que motiva este estudio es la necesidad de fomentar el uso e integración de las Tecnologías del Aprendizaje y el Conocimiento (TAC) en el diseño e implementación de los contenidos curriculares, así como en la práctica docente del colegio Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento, con la intención de incentivar la creación y consolidación de experiencias de aprendizaje innovadoras y significativas. De esta manera, la pregunta problematizadora fue ¿se puede mejorar la motivación e interés en el aula que conduzca a un aprendizaje mucho más significativo en los niños, niñas y adolescentes del colegio Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento, por medio de la implementación de las TAC? Así mismo, los objetivos propuestos para el estudio fueron, primero incentivar las prácticas pedagógicas innovadoras en los docentes para generar interés en los educandos, seguidamente, se propuso extender los docentes los elementos básicos requeridos de naturaleza TIC y TAC para su adecuada implementación en el aula. Finalmente, se propuso generar reflexiones sobre la importancia de implementar estas tecnologías dentro de los procesos educativos, con el fin de fomentar el aprendizaje asertivo, significativo e inclusivo. Dentro del componente metodológico, se destaca un tipo y naturaleza exploratoria y un enfoque cualitativo. Los insumos metodológicos fueron la práctica pedagógica basada en Design Thinking y el ciclo PHVA para coordinar la secuencia de implementación. Se pudo encontrar que la implementación de este tipo de estrategias pedagógicas repercute positivamente sobre el interés, la motivación, la iniciativa, la creatividad y la cooperación en los estudiantes.
%X The fundamental reason that motivates this study is the need to promote the 
use and integration of Learning and Knowledge Technologies (TAC) in the design 
and implementation of curricular contents, as well as in the teaching practice of the 
Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento school, with the intention of encouraging the creation 
and consolidation of innovative and significant learning experiences. In this way, the 
problematizing question was: can motivation and interest in the classroom be 
improved that leads to a much more significant learning in the children and 
adolescents of the Luis Carlos Galán Sarmiento school, through the implementation 
of the TAC? Likewise, the objectives proposed for the study were, first to encourage 
innovative pedagogical practices in teachers to generate interest in students, then it 
was proposed to extend to teachers the basic elements required of an ICT and TAC 
nature for their proper implementation in the classroom. Finally, it was proposed to 
generate reflections on the importance of implementing these technologies within 
educational processes, in order to promote assertive, meaningful and inclusive 
learning. Within the methodological component, an exploratory type and nature and 
a qualitative approach stand out. The methodological inputs were the pedagogical 
practice based on Design Thinking and the PDCA cycle to coordinate the 
implementation sequence. It was found that the implementation of this type of 
pedagogical strategies has a positive impact on interest, motivation, initiative, 
creativity, and cooperation in students.
