%X Este proceso investigativo surge con el propósito de mejorar la práctica de enseñanza de la iniciación musical en los centros educativos rurales del Municipio de Entrerríos Antioquia desde el enfoque de investigación acción educativa, el cual permitió evidenciar las transformaciones en las acciones constitutivas de la práctica de enseñanza: planeación, implementación y evaluación, las cuales fueron analizadas en tres ciclos de reflexión con siete sesiones de clase cada uno. Después de relacionar referentes teóricos y hacer la triangulación con los datos obtenidos durante los ciclos, se logró reflexionar de manera sistemática para identificar, analizar y comprender las particularidades de las acciones constitutivas de la práctica de enseñanza y de esta manera tomar decisiones más asertivas dentro del aula que favorezcan el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
%X This investigative process arises with the purpose of improving the teaching practice of musical 
initiation in the rural educational centers of the Municipality of Entrerríos Antioquia from the 
educational action research approach, which allowed to evidence the transformations in the 
constitutive actions of the teaching practice: planning, implementation, and evaluation, which were 
analyzed in three cycles of reflection with seven class sessions each.
After relating theoretical references and making the triangulation with the data obtained during the 
cycles, it was possible to reflect systematically to identify, analyze and understand the 
particularities of the constitutive actions of the teaching practice and in this way make more 
assertive decisions within the teaching practice. classroom that promotes student learning.
