%0 Thesis %A Espitia González, Edid Elibey %8 2022-02-16 %U http://hdl.handle.net/10818/51023 %X La presente investigación se centra en la práctica de enseñanza de una docente de lenguaje en grado transición, donde se busca impactar, mejorar y transformar su quehacer mediante la Investigación- Acción y la metodología Lesson Study. Es así como, se plantearon cuatro ciclos donde se recolectan los datos para su análisis y posteriores reflexiones; además, las tres acciones constitutivas de la enseñanza: planeación, implementación y evaluación, como categorías de análisis. Dentro de los resultados se encuentra que, en la planeación existen transformaciones desde los desempeños para el desarrollo de habilidades del lenguaje. %X This research focuses on the teaching practice of a language teacher in a transition grade, where it seeks to impact, improve and transform her/his work through Action Research and the Lesson Study methodology. Thus, four cycles were proposed where data are collected for analysis and subsequent reflections; in addition, the three constitutive actions of teaching: planning, implementation and evaluation, as categories of analysis. Among the results, it is found that, in planning, there are transformations from performance to the development of language skills. Regarding the implementation, the practice is consolidated with three communicative dimensions that favor the protagonist of the student. The evaluation shows the progress of the students on these skills, thanks to a continuous assessment and the use of various means, techniques and instruments that are configured as evaluation strategies. These can be used to collect information, analyze data, make decisions and feedback a process as an intended learning outcome. From there, enhance or strengthen a student's process and improve classroom practice.
