%X La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una fundamentación teórica en la que se basa una propuesta pedagógica enfocada en la narración oral escénica para potenciar la comunicación oral referida al rol de oyente y hablante, al sentido de audiencia y a los códigos paralingüísticos en niños de 8 a 10 años. Se respalda a través de un marco teórico que sirve como columna vertebral de la investigación en el cual se sustenta desde lo científico y lo empírico el estudio del arte de contar historias y se enmarcan los autores y las consideraciones teóricas en torno a la narración oral y su relación con lo pedagógico, lo comunicativo y lo cultural. Así mismo, en lo metodológico se utiliza un diseño de investigación basada en el diseño (IBD) sustentado desde la postura de Benito y Salinas (2012) y se formula y organiza una propuesta pedagógica de 10 actividades lúdicas enfocadas, seleccionadas y distribuidas para potenciar cada una de las 3 categorías de análisis (códigos paralingüísticos, rol de oyente, hablante y sentido de audiencia). También, se adjunta una actividad para caracterizar a los niños y saber en qué estado de desarrollo de su proceso comunicativo se encuentran, al igual que se incorpora una rúbrica de evaluación dividida en las categorías de análisis con un porcentaje cuantitativo y con diferentes ítems que permitirán al investigador caracterizar a los niños.
%X The research aims to develop a theoretical foundation on which a pedagogical proposal 
focused on stage oral narration is based to enhance oral communication related to the role of 
listener and speaker, the sense of hearing and paralinguistic codes in children from 8 to 10 years. 
It is supported through a theoretical framework that serves as the backbone of the research in 
which the study of the art of storytelling is supported from the scientific and the empirical, and 
the authors and theoretical considerations around oral narration and narration are framed. its 
relationship with the pedagogical, the communicative and the cultural.
Likewise, methodologically, a research design based on design (IBD) supported from 
the position of Benito and Salinas (2012) is used and a pedagogical proposal of 10 focused, 
selected and distributed recreational activities is formulated and organized to enhance each one 
of the 3 categories of analysis (paralinguistic codes, role of listener, speaker and sense of 
audience). Also, an activity is attached to characterize the children and find out in what stage of 
development of their communicative process they are, as well as an evaluation rubric divided 
into the categories of analysis with a quantitative percentage and with different items that will 
allow the researcher characterize the children.
Finally, when analyzing the theoretical foundation and the pedagogical proposal, it is 
shown that, by involving children in this world of words and stories, it leads to a permanent 
exploration of themselves, their own skills and expressive needs to expand their communication skills, since he / she not only makes these productions for him / her in particular, but will also 
play the role of spectator, creator and exhibitor.
