%X Con el transcurso del tiempo las emociones han venido tomando más importancia, siendo así fundamentales dentro de diferentes ámbitos, uno de ellos es en la parte educativa. En la actualidad existen diversas investigaciones que pretenden impactar y mejorar la inteligencia emocional, educación emocional, competencias emocionales y habilidades socioemocionales, de las cuales se han obtenido muy buenos resultados y aportes que han ayudado para continuar con este proceso investigativo. El presente estudio se realizó a través de la investigación acción, donde se implementaron cuatro fases, las cuales permitieron identificar que los estudiantes presentan dificultades para entender, expresar y regular las emociones, y a partir de estos hallazgos, características, necesidades e intereses particulares de la población de estudio, se elaboró un diseño de estrategias didácticas a partir del modelo CRE-SER, para mejorar la educación emocional de los estudiantes que conforman el equipo de fútbol sala masculino, que se encuentran entre las edades de 13 a 15 años, de la Institución Educativa Juan XXIII, del Municipio de Mercaderes en el Departamento del Cauca.
%X Over time, emotions have become more important, being fundamental in different areas, one of them is in education. Currently, there are several investigations that aim to impact and improve emotional intelligence, emotional education, emotional competencies and socioemotional skills, from which very good results and contributions have been obtained that have helped to continue with this research process. The present study was conducted through action research, where four phases were implemented, which allowed identifying that students have difficulties in understanding, expressing and regulating emotions, and from these findings, characteristics, needs and particular interests of the study population, a design of didactic strategies was elaborated based on the CRE-SER model, to improve the emotional education of the students that make up the male indoor soccer team, who are between the ages of 13 and 15 years old, of the Juan XXIII Educational Institution, of the Municipality of Mercaderes in the Department of Cauca.
