%X Esta investigación recopila y analiza las memorias de campo sobre los procesos de producción y postproducción del proyecto multimedia colombiano Crónicas Desarmadas, realizado por EleganteLab, Laboratorio de Producción Audiovisual, empresa en la cual me desempeñé como realizador y editor a lo largo de tres años. La serie documental web está compuesta por catorce cortometrajes de entre cinco y catorce minutos, que registran y relatan los últimos días en armas de las FARC-EP, la guerrilla más antigua del continente y la reinserción de los ex-combatientes a la vida civil, a través de su paso por las Zonas Veredales Transitorias de Normalización -ZVTN-, establecidas como parte de los Acuerdos de Paz firmados entre el estado colombiano y la guerrilla de las FARC-EP en 2016. Así mismo muestra la historia de vida y testimonios de habitantes y líderes sociales, indígenas, campesinos y afro descendientes, víctimas y sobrevivientes del Conflicto Armado en los diferentes territorios donde se asentaron las ZVTN.
%X This research compiles and analyzes field memories on the production and post-production
processes of the Colombian multimedia project Crónicas Desarmadas, carried out by EleganteLab
-Audiovisual Production Laboratory-, a company in which I worked as a filmmaker and editor for
three years. The web documentary series is made up of fourteen short films of between five and
fourteen minutes, which record and relate the last days in arms of the FARC-EP, the oldest guerrilla
in the continent and the reintegration of ex-combatants into civil life through its passage through
the County Transitional Zones of Normalization -ZVTN-, established as part of the Peace
Agreement signed between the Colombian state and the FARC-EP guerrilla in 2016. It also shows
the life history and testimonies of inhabitants and social leaders, indigenous peoples, peasants and
Afro-descendants, victims and survivors of the Armed Conflict in the different territories where
the ZVTN settled.
With the development of a systematization of the experience during the time of realization -2016
to 2018-, an analysis of the editing procedures is created before, during and after the production of
the series. The new knowledge and the conclusions generated seek to improve the workflow in the
post-production area for small and medium production houses that wish to carry out similar
projects.
