%X The human individual is the foundation of juridical order. Currently, no debate is taking place about the humanity of unborn beings, and international law recognizes and acknowledges their essential human rights prior to birth. But some people are misinterpreting international law in order to promote abortion and in this way deny the absolute value of the human individual. They are against the spirit of the international juridical system, just like several UNO Committees that are exercising their function today in an illegitimate way. These committees do not enjoy a normative status, and the States should assume their responsibility in dissenting from the improper interpretations presently provided by any such committees.
%X La persona humana es el fundamento del orden jurídico. Actualmente no hay debate acerca de la humanidad de los no nacidos, y el derecho internacional les reconoce sus derechos humanos fundamentales antes del nacimiento. Algunos están malinterpretando el derecho internacional para promover el aborto, y negar así el valor absoluto de la persona humana. Van contra el espíritu del sistema jurídico internacional, como lo están haciendo actualmente varios comités de la ONU, que ejercen su función de modo ilegítimo. Estos comités no gozan de estatus normativo, y los Estados deben asumir la responsabilidad de disentir de las interpretaciones inadecuadas que están haciendo estos comités.
