%X The emancipating beginning of modernity is properly the paternity annulment and, most deeply, the world's negation as a being created by an authority or by a non order. As the father gives life, he can be considered as the "transcendence symbol" and the "objective creationism".However, the modern world has established the metaphysic sense of emancipation for every authority in the "subjective creationism", converting the father's annulment in the "immanence symbol": the world as a whole i a space given to the man's domain and his seigniory; and as the symbol of this power is the hand, all things could be "handled", "manipulated" by man. The "manipulation" is complete when it flows out in the formula "to know is to be able to, to be able to is to transform", where the modifying action does not end in a respectful attitude in front of the actual being. This is the position id the scientific fiel.
%X La labor del médico ha sido replanteada en las últimas décadas ya que no sólo debe enfrentarse a la enfermedad, sino también a las diferentes técnicas de fecundación de las que dispone. Así bajo la máxima de "Saber es poder, poder es transformar" se ponen en boga corrientes éticas como el subjetivismo, el consecualismo y el culturalismo. A partir de ellas un ser no es persona hasta ser reconocido por la sociedad y en consecuencia, toda práctica experimental es viable.El problema frente a la manipulación surge con respecto a los roles de padre e hijo. En el mundo actual, la emancipación de la persona conlleva a la negación de la concepción de que el mundo ha sido creado por una persona de origen no humano. Así que el creacionismo deja de ser objetivo para transformarse en subjetivo, permitiendo que el hombre manipule la fecundación.
