abstract = {El propósito de la investigación “Ajuste al modelo pedagógico humanista en el marco del conectivismo para asumir la nueva realidad educativa de la Institución Jenaro Díaz Jordán Garzón-Huila”, está dirigida a la actualización del Modelo Pedagógico Institucional de cara a la transformación de las prácticas en el proceso de formación para favorecer el aprendizaje colaborativo de los actores educativos, los cuales deben estar en actualización permanente para desarrollar competencias digitales que les permitan involucrarse en el proceso de globalización de una sociedad en continuo cambio con carácter inclusivo en todos los ámbitos. En relación con lo anterior, se desarrollaron tres momentos: en primera instancia el diagnóstico del modelo institucional dio la pauta para evidenciar la necesidad de ajustar el modelo Humanista en el marco de la teoría del aprendizaje conectivista; un segundo momento, fue la aplicación de estrategias pedagógicas mediadas por recursos didácticos tecnológicos para activar la motivación por el aprendizaje, y un tercer momento donde se realiza una planeación de actividades para 2 años que permitirá la apropiación al ajuste del Modelo Pedagógico Institucional.},
abstract = {The purpose of the research "Adjustment to the humanistic pedagogical model within the 
framework of connectivism to assume the new educational reality of the Jenaro Díaz Jordán 
Garzón-Huila Institution", is aimed at updating the Institutional Pedagogical Model in the face of 
the transformation of practices in the training process to favor the collaborative learning of 
educational actors, who must be constantly updated to develop digital skills that allow them to 
get involved in the globalization process of a continuously changing society with an inclusive 
character in all areas.
In relation to the above, three moments were developed: in the first instance, the 
diagnosis of the institutional model gave the guidelines to show the need to adjust the Humanist 
model within the framework of the connectivist learning theory; a second moment, was the 
application of pedagogical strategies mediated by technological didactic resources to activate the 
motivation for learning, and a third moment where a planning of activities for 2 years is carried 
out that will allow the appropriation to the adjustment of the Institutional Pedagogical Model.},
