Con este fin se puso en marcha una investigación de corte cualitativo, bajo el diseño de investigación acción, para dilucidar aquellos puntos de encuentro entre la reflexión y la práctica desde un enfoque descriptivo: evidenciados en el contenido matemático y didáctico del docente, la generación de ambientes en resolución de problemas y en la planeación y la gestión correspondiente en cada uno de los cuatro ciclos investigativos.}, abstract = {The current research was carried out with fourth grade students from Laura Vicuña school, in the town of Chia at the area of mathematics, its main purpose was to determine the transformations that were generated in the teacher pedagogical, such as modify the class planning and management in an environment of solving problems. With this target, a qualitative research was launched, under the action research design, to clarify those meeting points between reflection and practice from a descriptive approach, evidenced in the mathematical and didactic syllabus of the teacher, the generation of an environment of solving problem and the planning and corresponding management in each of the four investigative cycles. The investigative process began with the development of the member observation recorded from the class observation registers, and documentary analysis by the researcher allowing to maintain a critical and reflective analysis on the planning, development and evaluation process of the educational process.
