abstract = {El objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar un plan de Cursos Libres y de Extensión dirigido a jóvenes con discapacidad, estudiantes del Instituto de Integración Escolar San Agustín del municipio de Soacha, que amplíe su formación, las oportunidades laborales y afiance su proyecto de vida, con la posibilidad futura de articulación a opciones de formación en ETDH o educación superior. El estudio es de tipo cualitativo investigación-acción, partiendo de la aplicación de un cuestionario tipo Google a 56 participantes entre estudiantes de 15 y 17 años, con patologías de síndrome de Down, discapacidad cognitiva leve a moderada, trastornos de lenguaje, deficiencia auditiva y discapacidad motora; adicionalmente se contó con la participación de los padres de familia, docentes, coordinadores, directivos docentes, educadoras especiales y psicóloga pertenecientes al colegio referido. El análisis de la información se realizó teniendo en cuenta las siguientes categorías: intereses, aptitudes, expectativas, necesidades y propósitos académicos de los estudiantes con discapacidad al estar culminando o haber culminado sus estudios de bachillerato en el colegio objeto de estudio. Como resultado de lo descrito se determina la implementación de cursos libres de artes y danzas, cuya estructura y organización se presenta una vez validada por el Consejo Directivo y Académico del Instituto.},
abstract = {This Project has the objective to design a free course and extension plan for young and disabled 
people form Instituto de Integration Escolar San Agustin, located in the district of Soacha that 
increases the education, job opportunities and support their own life project. With the possibility 
in the future to articulated formation or higher education in “ETDH”.
 The study is qualitative investigation-action starting with the application of a questionnaire 
from Google to 56 participants among them students between 15 and 17 years, with down’s 
syndrome, mild to moderate cognitive disability, language disorder, hearing impairment and motor 
disability; in addition, we have had the participation of parents, teachers, coordinators, teaching 
directors, special educators and the psychology belong to the school. 
 The analysis of the information was done considering the follow categories: interest, aptitudes, 
expectations, necessities, and academic purposes of the students with disabilities to be concluded 
or has concluded their studies in high school in the institute. Getting like result of the explained 
before the implementation of free courses directed to arts and dance, its structures and organization 
will present once it is validated for the board of academic and directors of the school.},
