abstract = {El principio de la supremacía constitucional supone que las normas constitucionales determinan las condiciones de validez de las demás normas del sistema jurídico. En este sentido, el control judicial de la constitución se constituye en un mecanismo para asegurar la supremacía constitucional. La Corte Constitucional ejerce el control de control constitucional a través de, i) el control abstracto de las reformas constitucionales y las normas infraconstitucionales sujetas al control de constitucionalidad (Sentencias tipo C) y ii) revisión de las sentencias de tutela (Sentencias tipo T y SU). Los efectos de las sentencias T y SU son inter partes y se limitan a amparar o no los derechos fundamentales vulnerados, en ese sentido, si el fallo cobija a personas distintas de accionantes o accionados, o contiene órdenes más allá del amparo de los derechos alegados será un fallo modulado.},
abstract = {The principle of constitutional supremacy assumes that constitutional norms determine 
the conditions of validity of the other norms of the legal system. In this sense, judicial control of 
the Constitution is a mechanism to ensure constitutional supremacy. The Constitutional Court 
exercises the control of constitutionality through, i) the abstract control of constitutional reforms 
and infra-constitutional norms subject to the control of constitutionality (type C judgments) and 
ii) review of tutela judgments (type T and SU judgments). The effects of the T and SU sentences 
are inter partes and are limited to protect or not the fundamental rights violated, in that sense, if 
the sentence covers persons other than the plaintiffs or defendants, or contains orders beyond the 
protection of the alleged rights, it will be a modulated sentence.},
