abstract = {La presente investigación, tuvo como objeto de estudio el análisis del Programa de Alimentación Escolar PAE, en el Distrito de Riohacha La Guajira- Colombia. El objetivo principal de esta investigación consistió en evidenciar las percepciones sobre la incidencia que tiene el programa de Alimentación Escolar PAE en el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes del Centro Etnoeducativo N.º 13 Sede Kayetamana. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cualitativo, de alcance exploratorio y bajo el diseño etnográfico. Encontrando que, desde las diferentes posturas de los participantes y en relación con la problemática de escasez de comida, los actores involucrados consideran que el programa aporta significativamente en el estado nutricional de los niños, pero, a su vez, consideran necesario realizar ajustes a las minutas y raciones servidas a los estudiantes.},
abstract = {The present research had as research purpose the analysis of the PAE School Feeding Program, 
in the District of Riohacha La Guajira- Colombia. The main objective of this research was to 
show the perceptions about the impact that the PAE School Feeding program has on the integral 
development of the students of the Ethnoeducational Center No. 13 Sede Kayetamana. The 
methodology used was of a qualitative approach, exploratory in scope, and under an 
ethnographic design. Finding that, from the different positions of the participants and in relation 
to the problem of food shortage, the actors involved consider that the program contributes 
significantly to the nutritional status of children but, in turn, they consider it necessary to adjust 
the minutes and rations served to students.},
