abstract = {En una época marcada por el cambio cultural acelerado y la desintegración de valores y principios, la educación en la fe tiene un valor fundamental en la vida de las sociedades que han heredado una visión cristiana. Esta investigación explora las dinámicas de la educación en la fe en una reflexión que se realiza a partir del trabajo con niños y jóvenes en una institución educativa confesionalmente católica. Es prioritario dedicar un espacio de auto reflexión a esta área de formación, teniendo presente los retos y desafíos a los que se enfrenta la educación religiosa, no sólo en la sociedad, sino en la escuela, teniendo presente los cambios políticos, económicos y sociales que invitan al ser humano a prepararse para la vida en un ambiente hostil, en muchos casos, al testimonio, realidades globalizantes y culturales a la que están expuestos los estudiantes y sus familias.},
abstract = {In an age marked by accelerated cultural change and the disintegration of values and 
principles, education in the faith has a fundamental value in the lives of societies that have 
inherited a Christian vision. This research explores the dynamics of education in faith in a 
reflection that is made from working with children and young people in a confessionally 
Catholic educational institution. It is a priority to dedicate a space of self-reflection to this 
area of formation, bearing in mind the challenges and challenges faced by religious 
education, not only in society, but in school, bearing in mind the political, economic and 
social changes that invite human beings to prepare for life in an environment hostile in many 
cases to witness, globalizing and cultural realities to which students and their families are 
exposed.
This research was carried out with a hermeneutic phenomenological approach, in order to 
analyze the challenges and challenges faced by religious school education and, the 
contribution made by the Franciscan pedagogical proposal to religious formation. The 
context where this research was developed was, the Franciscan College of Viceroy Solís 
Bogotá, a space of encounter and dialogue was generated with: religious, managers, teachers, 
parents of the fifth and tenth grades, students of tenth and eleven degrees and, some 
interviews were conducted with experts on the subject. From your experiences:
academics, formative and experienced, generated a space of reflection and growth together 
that allowed to analyze the strengths of religious formation, as well as its weaknesses to 
continue improving and presenting the gospel as an experience of life embodied in everyday 
life and, in the style of St. Francis of Asses, to make religious school formation an experience 
of life , close to the reality of the person, family and school, and impact society from the 
integral formation of children and young people who are in the midst of the world messengers 
of Peace and Good.},
