abstract = {This article defines restorative justice as an alternative that replaces the traditional notion of punishment, for the assessment of the reconstruction of the relationship between victim and victimizer. Its aim is to contextualize the beliefs about this kind of justice that have ten women victims of domestic violence. This was achieved through the development of a research project based on a methodological design that combines qualitative and quantitative techniques using semi–structured interviews and a questionnaire. After an analysis of the social, economic and cultural context of women interviewed, it was evident that against the process of judicial, administrative and restorative process, a high percentage of them have hopeless beliefs and lack of information. This leads us to propose new elements to strengthen the implementation of restorative justice.},
abstract = {Este artículo define la justicia restaurativa como una alternativa que sustituye la idea tradicional de castigo, por la valoración de la reconstrucción de las relaciones entre víctima y victimario. Su objetivo es contextualizar las creencias sobre este tipo de justicia que tienen diez mujeres víctimas de Violencia Intrafamiliar. Lo anterior se logró a partir del desarrollo de un proyecto de investigación basado en un diseño metodológico que fusiona técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas y un cuestionario. Tras un análisis del contexto social, económico y cultural de las mujeres entrevistadas, se evidenció que frente al trámite del proceso judicial, administrativo y restaurativo, un alto porcentaje de ellas tienen creencias desesperanzadoras y falta de información. Esto nos lleva a proponer nuevos elementos que fortalezcan la aplicación de la Justicia Restaurativa.},
