abstract = {Tras la firma del Acuerdo de Paz entre el expresidente de Colombia Juan Manuel Santos y la guerrilla de las FARC-EP en el 2016, nace la posibilidad de construir un nuevo país y entender el conflicto de una nueva manera. En esta investigación se profundiza sobre el derecho a la verdad y su importancia, la función social que tiene los medios de comunicación de presentar una información veraz y la manera en que se puede fomentar el conocimiento del derecho a la verdad a través de iniciativas que incluyan a la población. Por medio de entrevistas a periodistas, un experto en derechos humanos y cinco mujeres que hicieron parte del conflicto armado se pretende conocer su opinión sobre la forma en la que los medios han retratado el conflicto y la importancia del derecho a la verdad.},
abstract = {After the signing of the Peace Agreement between the former president of
Colombia Juan Manuel Santos and the FARC-EP guerrilla in 2016, the possibility
of building a new country and understanding the conflict in a new way was born.
This research delves into the right to the truth and its importance, the social role of
the media in presenting information and how knowledge of the right to the truth can
be promoted through initiatives that include the population. Through interviews with
journalists, a human rights expert and five women who were involved in the armed
conflict, we seek their views on how the media has portrayed the conflict and the
importance of the right to the truth.},
