abstract = {Son muchos los enfoques existentes dentro de la filosofía de la tecnología, que formulan posiciones disímiles de la relación entre técnica y ética. Es un hecho que la técnica se erige para unos como un medio y para otros, como un fin en sí mismo, pero además, como una segunda naturaleza, con implicaciones y retos éticos de suma importancia. Desde este contexto, la presente reflexión, pretende, en primer lugar, sustentar la razón de ser de la técnica como segunda naturaleza para, en segundo momento, analizar sus riesgos tecnológicos a fin de, en una tercera instancia, sustentar la tesis que motiva esta reflexión: La ética sigue siendo insuficiente para afrontar los nuevos acontecimientos suscitados por el fenómeno tecnológico contemporáneo los cuales requieren de regulaciones morales ajustadas a los nuevos desafíos y provocaciones técnicas.},
abstract = {There  are  many  existing  approaches  within  the  philosophy  of  technology  that  ex-
press different positions on the relationship between technology and ethics. It is a fact that techno-
logy becomes a means for some and an end it itself for others, but it also becomes second nature, 
with  implications  and  ethical  challenges  of  paramount  importance.  In  this  context,  the  thinking  
outlined in this paper is intended to support the rationale for technology as second nature, to analyze the tecnological risks involved, and, ultimately, to uphold the thesis that motivates this thinking; 
namely, 
Ethics are, as yet, insufficient to deal with the new developments raised by the current technological 
phenomenon. These developments require moral regulations adjusted to the new technological challenges and 
provocations.},
