abstract = {Este texto muestra cómo la tradición fenomenológica de la filosofía de la tecnología ha interrogado y cuestionado a la tecnología moderna entendida como ciencia aplicada y neutral. El análisis inicia con la indagación ontológica sobre el significado de la técnica para el hombre llevada a cabo por Heidegger y Ortega, para señalar luego la pertinencia de encontrar vínculos
con otros modos de considerar la acción práctica del hombre y explicitar con ello el acercamiento entre la racionalidad técnica con el poder humanizante de la imaginación y la creatividad. Finalmente se muestra cómo este vínculo fue desarrollado por Gaston Bachelard bajo la sugerente idea de un racionalismo inventivo que debe acompañar tanto a la práctica científica del sabio como a la construcción técnica de los fenómenos por parte del ingeniero.},
abstract = {This lecture demonstrates how the phenomenological tradition or approach to  the 
philosophy of technology has questioned and examined the understanding of modern technology 
as a neutral and  applied science. The analysis begins with an ontological inquiry into the meaning 
of technology for man, as probed by Heidegger and Ortega, before proceeding to signal the relevan-
ce of finding links to other ways of looking at man’s practical action and, in doing so, to explain the  similarity  between  technological  rationality,  with  the  humanizing  power  of  the  imagination,  and  
creativity. In the end, it shows how Gaston Bachelard developed this link pursuant to the suggesti-
ve idea of   
an inventive rationalism that should accompany both the scientific practice of the learned 
and the technological construction of phenomena by the engineer.},
