abstract = {Este artículo analiza la estructura interna de la cláusula, entendida como la unidad sintáctica en la cual se combina un predicado con diversos constituyentes –uno de los cuales es el sujeto– que, exigidos o no por dicho predicado, desempeñan determinadas funciones sintácticas. Tomando como punto de partida los valores sintácticos y semánticos habitualmente asignados a los casos en latín, el autor indaga qué constituyentes son reconocibles en el interior de la cláusula latina y qué cambios han sufrido en el paso al español.},
abstract = {The following article analyzes the internal structure of the clause, understood as the syntactic 
unit wherein the predicate is combined with various constituents, one being the subject. Required or not by 
the predicate, the constituents perform certain syntactic functions. Using the syntactic and semantic values 
usually assigned to the cases in Latin as a starting point, the author inquires into the constituents that are re-
cognizable within the Latin clause and the changes that have occurred with the conversion to Spanish.},
