abstract = {The  start  of  the  celebration  of  our  independence  can  provide  a  
framework for reflection that leads to assess the significance of this 
fact  and  the  centrality  of  the  human  person  in  that  process,  but  
also the consequences of assuming properly a true concept of independence rather than the assertion of rights, must rest on the need 
identification and fulfillment of duties. The freedom that is won can 
only  be  truly  human  if  it  is  not  clear  from  the  responsibility  that  
entails.  Freedom  and  responsibility  that  binomial  is  followed  by  
another: rights and duties. But the course is not closed: Ethics and 
Bioethics can provide many key elements to shape a new culture.},
abstract = {El inicio de la celebración de nuestra independencia puede servir de marco para una reflexión que lleve a valorar el significado de tal hecho y 
la centralidad de la persona humana en ese proceso; pero también las consecuencias de asumir de manera adecuada un verdadero concepto 
de independencia que, antes que la reivindicación de derechos, debe apoyarse en la necesaria identificación y cumplimiento de deberes. La 
libertad que se conquista solo puede ser verdaderamente humana si no se desprende de la responsabilidad que implica. Ese binomio libertad 
y responsabilidad va seguido de otro: derechos y deberes. Pero el rumbo no está clausurado: la Ética y la Bioética pueden aportar muchos 
elementos claves para darle forma a una nueva cultura.},
