abstract = {La información real de los diagnósticos y las intervenciones que realizan los estudiantes y docentes durante la práctica permite conocer la correspondencia entre la academia y la asistencia, retroalimentar el proceso de reforma curricular, definir los diagnósticos y las intervenciones de enfermería en los contextos reales, y hacer visible el papel de la Escuela de Enfermería en los campos de práctica.Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, diseñado e implementado mediante el seguimiento de prácticas y el sistema de registro de las mismas, diligenciado por estudiantes que cursaron asignaturas teórico-prácticas desde el 2001 hasta el 2004.El formato fue elaborado, y cuenta con la validez de contenido, por parte de los docentes de la Escuela. Se elaboró el software SIPCE (Sistema de Información de Prácticas Clínico-Comunitarias de Enfermería) que permite sistematizar los datos.Se presentan los diagnósticos de enfermería más frecuentes por género, edad y situación de salud. También se presentan las intervenciones de enfermería realizadas por estudiantes y docentes durante la práctica.},
abstract = {The real information of diagnosis and interventions done by students and teachers during practice, allows knowing the correlation between academy and assistance, giving feedback to the process of curricular reform, defining diagnostics and nursing interventions in real context, and making visible the role of Nursing Schools in the practice fields.A descriptive study took place, designed and implemented following up the practice and its system of registry, carried out by students who attend theory - practice subjects, from 2001 to 2004.The format was elaborated, and has validated its contents by teachers of the School.
