%X In this paper the authors analyze the impact of
the precedent judicial extensions system in the
implementation of the doctrine of precedent
implementation in Colombian administrative
law. Also the paper make a balance of the system
according to the legislative system propose. In this
sense, the first part of the paper shows the theoretical
groundings of the doctrine of precedent and explain
the different ways that can be used for the legal
system to implement this doctrine. In the second part
of this work, the authors display the forms by which
the Colombian administrative law implemented the
precedent judicial extensions system and show some
of the causes of the system inefficacy
%X En este artículo se analiza el impacto
del “esquema de extensión de
jurisprudencia” en la implementación
de la regla de precedente en el derecho
administrativo colombiano y se realiza
un balance de dicho esquema a la
luz de los propósitos legislativos de la
figura. Para ello, en la primera parte, se
señalarán los presupuestos teóricos que
nos sirven para explicar la forma en que
puede existir e implementarse la regla
de precedente en los ordenamientos
jurídicos. A partir de lo anterior,
se expondrá la forma en que se
implementó la regla de precedente en
el derecho colombiano; para señalar
entonces algunas de las causas que,
consideramos, explican la falta de
eficacia del esquema.
